Property developer Chris Musgrave OBE has secured planning consent for the £25m+ redevelopment of Kirklevington Hall – the former Judges Country House Hotel on Thirsk Road, Kirklevington, Yarm.
The redevelopment of the historic estate will feature a five-star boutique hotel and luxury spa and an exclusive gated community comprising a collection of luxury, premium self-build homes.
Under the approved plans, Kirklevington Hall will be carefully enhanced and the development will provide luxury spa and wellness facilities, woodland lodges set within the grounds, a high-end events space within the historic walled garden, the conversion of the former stables for events and hospitality use, and a premium F&B offering.
