Jeremy Trinder has rejoined Sidley as a partner in its global finance group in London.
Trinder, who was an associate in Sidley’s London office from 2000 to 2005, rejoins the firm from Latham & Watkins LLP, where he was a partner and former global co-chair of the firm’s real estate practice.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in advising across a wide range of real estate finance instruments including commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans, distressed debt acquisitions and NPLs, and mortgage-backed securities.
