InvestorFlowUK has signed for 2,500 sq ft of office space at The Met Building in London.
The AI-powered front-office platform for capital formation, deployment and investor services across private markets is relocating to the space on the third floor of the building from its current home in Monument.
Julian Capewell, managing director, EMEA, at InvestorFlowUK, said: “Our move to the West End represents a significant step in our UK growth trajectory. The Met provides the infrastructure and collaborative environment we need to continue scaling our client partnerships across private markets. The location is ideal for our clients, many of whom are based in Mayfair and the City, with the workspace itself reflecting the quality of service we aim to deliver.”
Steve Cresswell, chief operating officer UK and EMEA, Avison Young, which is headquartered at The Met Building, added: “We’re thrilled to welcome InvestorFlow into our workspace at The Met. Our aim is always to create an environment that supports innovation, collaboration and growth, and InvestorFlow’s presence aligns perfectly with that vision. We look forward to working alongside their team and supporting their continued success in London’s dynamic technology and financial services community.”
