Citivale has completed two new lettings at its Anchorage office scheme in Salford Quays.
Depot Connect International, a global provider of tank container services and logistics infrastructure, has signed for a new regional base in the building, and Snackruptors, a global food manufacturer, has taken the 2,131 sq ft part ground floor suite at Anchorage 1 on a five-year lease.
In addition, Fix My Run, an existing occupier at Anchorage, has reaffirmed its commitment to the building by agreeing a new three-year lease.
Paul Brustad, asset manager at Citivale, said: “We are delighted to welcome both Snackruptors and Depot Connect International to Anchorage. These lettings, alongside the renewal with Fix My Run, reflect the continued appeal of Salford Quays and reinforce Anchorage as a well-established base for businesses looking to grow and invest in their teams.”
Canning O’Neill and Knight Frank are joint letting agents at Anchorage.
