Carter Jonas has also appointed Shaun Rogerson as a partner from Knight Frank. Rogerson, who has more than 20 years of commercial property experience, was a partner in London industrial and head of the national trade and roadside team at Knight Frank. Prior to this, he spent 17 years at JLL/King Sturge as a director in UK industrial and logistics.

Scott Harkness, head of transactions at Carter Jonas, said: “The appointments of Tim and Shaun are an important step in the continued growth of our industrial and logistics team. Their vast experience and market standing will strengthen our offer and support our ambition to create an increasingly dynamic service for clients.”

Clement added: “I’m pleased to join Carter Jonas at such an exciting point in the growth of its industrial and logistics team. Carter Jonas has strong momentum in the sector, so the opportunity to help shape its next steps was a clear draw for me. I’m looking forward to working with colleagues and clients to support its continued growth.”

Rogerson said: “Carter Jonas has built a strong position in industrial and logistics, and I’m excited to be joining at a time of real opportunity for the team. Reuniting with Tim and working with the wider team to grow the agency and investment offer is a great opportunity.”
