Chancerygate has submitted plans to speculatively develop 153,000 sq ft of Grade A sustainable urban logistics accommodation at Hams Hall, Coleshill.
The Faraday7 scheme will comprise seven leasehold units ranging from 12,000 sq ft to 47,000 sq ft on a seven-acre site next to Junction 9 of the M42 and Junction 4 of the M6.
Rob Watts, senior development manager at Chancerygate, said: “Our proposed Faraday7 development will provide high specification, sustainable accommodation for a diverse range of occupiers at Hams Hall. This is one of the premier sites in the West Midlands, thanks to already being an established industrial location and having excellent connectivity to the region’s key arterial routes. We now look forward to North Warwickshire Borough Council considering our proposed plans, which will help satisfy the demand within the locality for new Grade A urban logistics space.”
The agents for Faraday7 are Box4 and DTRE.
