Family-owned civil engineering firm Wills Bros has agreed a deal to expand its operations at Maxim Park at the Eurocentral scheme in Scotland.
The business, which was founded in 1972, has signed for 8,000 sq ft in Maxim 3. Maxim Park comprises 10 office buildings surrounded by landscaped grounds, walkways and amenity spaces, including a putting green and allotments.
Jonathan Wills, director of Wills Bros said: “Since 2010, our family business has been based at Maxim Park, originally occupying offices in Building 1. Over the years, as we have continued to grow, Maxim have consistently supported us by accommodating our evolving requirements and ensuring our space remains fit for purpose.
“As we now move into our new offices in Maxim 3, this transition marks an important step in our long-term plans, providing stability for the business and a modern, welcoming environment for our employees across the park. The new space is designed to encourage collaboration, promote wellbeing and support our future growth as we continue to invest in both our people and our presence at Maxim Park.”
