Flexible workspace operator Co-Space has signed for nearly 30,000 sq ft of space across two new sites.
The company has taken circa 19,500 sq ft of workspace at Market House in Harlow and 15,000 sq ft at Watford’s Town Hall.
Co-Space has agreed a 15-year lease at Market House (pictured), which was recently acquired by Harlow Council, and in Watford the company will play a key role in activating the Town Hall Quarter – a 10-year, multi-project initiative to transform the area into a dynamic, mixed-use destination incorporating cultural, residential, health and innovation space.
