Zive Capital has secured planning consent for a new residential-led mixed-use scheme in the heart of Norwich.
Designed by Broadway Malyan, the Victoria Gardens scheme will transform the brownfield site on Queens Road into a new residential neighbourhood delivering 432 build-to-rent (BTR) homes, alongside 500 sq m of business incubator and retail space and new landscaped public open space.
The new homes are arranged in five principal buildings that step down from the northern edge of the site to the southern end where a series of townhouses will be built.
