Logicor has let the 508,003 sq ft Derby 507 unit at Infinity Park Derby to Ceva Logistics.
The recently completed facility has an 18m ceiling height, a 55m gated yard and a 2.72 MVA power supply.
Derby 507 features multiple charging stations and solar installations to promote renewable energy use. The unit has achieved a BREEAM Excellent and EPC A+ rating.
The deal follows Logicor’s recent letting of Logicor Park Daventry – its 800,000 sq ft flagship UK development – to supermarket chain Farmfoods on a 25-year lease.
Tom Blakely, director, asset management, UK at Logicor, said: “The leasing of Derby 507 is testament to occupier demand for large, specialist distribution centres, located in key logistics hotspots. We are delighted to continue supporting our customers by providing modern, highly sustainable warehouses.”
