The long leasehold of the Crab Manor Hotel and Crab and Lobster Restaurant in Thirsk, North Yorkshire, has been put up for sale for £4m+.

The boutique hotel provides 20 individually designed en-suite rooms within the 18th century Georgian manor house, many of which feature private hot tubs, saunas and roll-top baths.

The Crab and Lobster restaurant accommodates 40 covers and is complemented by a 70-cover conservatory, 20-cover bar area and 60 outdoor covers. The additional Seafood Room offers private dining for up to 16 guests. The hotel also has extensive landscaped gardens.

Tom Cunningham, UK regional director, hotel capital markets, Savills Manchester, which has been appointed to sell the hotel by the private owner, said: “Crab Manor Hotel is a unique boutique hotel in North Yorkshire, taking inspiration from the best hotels around the world. Both the hotel and restaurant are well regarded locally and nationally, making it an excellent proposition.”
