Mitsubishi Estate London and Stanhope have let additional space at 8 Bishopsgate in the City of London to King & Spalding, taking the building to full occupancy.
The law firm has taken the 8,479 sq ft Level 47 on a 12-year lease, increasing its total footprint to seven floors and almost 60,000 sq ft. King & Spalding signed for Levels 27-31 in 2023 and expanded into the 41st floor in 2025.
