CBRE’s office agency team in Liverpool have been appointed sole agents on the 1 St Paul’s Square office scheme in the city centre.
The building, which will offer mixed-use on the ground floor and circa 50,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, is about to undergo a major repositioning with a full refurbishment of the central atria planned to provide a new reception, seating area and booths for social or informal meetings.
Works on the eight storey building commence this month and office suites from circa 6,000 sq ft are available – nearly 17,000 sq ft of the building’s 50,000 sq ft office space is currently under offer.
Neil Kirkham, senior director, CBRE Liverpool said: “1 St Paul’s Square was one of the first and most prominent buildings within the St Paul’s Square development and offers very high-quality office accommodation with extremely efficient and flexible floorplates, benefitting from excellent natural light.
“The works that Brickhill Properties are undertaking within the common areas and office space aim to meet the needs of occupiers in a post-Covid world, promoting ESG and wellness and providing a highly attractive working environment to support return to work strategies for employers.”
Camilla Bird, head of UK asset management at Valeo Capital, asset manager for the development, added: “We are excited for works to commence at 1 St Paul’s Square to enable us to reposition the building. The common parts will be transformed as well as the remaining office floors to provide good quality office space with strong amenities. We look forward to our vision for the building taking shape.”
