BlackLine Systems has signed for 8,374 sq ft of Grade A office space at 10 Brindleyplace in Birmingham.
The company has agreed a 10-year lease at the building with a tenant-only break option at year five, at a headline rent of £35.86/sq ft.
Located in the heart of Brindleyplace, the building has secured EPC A and BREEAM Excellent ratings and offers best-in-class amenities such as roof terraces, fitness facilities and communal space.
