BGRE has let 300,000 sq ft of office space to law firm Latham & Watkins at One Leadenhall in the City of London.
Latham & Watkins has taken 20 floors of the 35-storey office tower and is relocating to the building from its previous home at BGRE’s 99 Bishopsgate. Designed by Make Architects, One Leadenhall comprises 430,000 sq ft of office space alongside retail, hospitality and public amenities.
Latham & Watkins’ new home at One Leadenhall, which was designed by TP Bennett, includes client meeting suites, event spaces, conference facilities and collaboration hubs. The fully let office development has achieved BREEAM Outstanding and EPC A ratings.
