Cushman & Wakefield has bolstered its UK valuation and advisory team by hiring six valuers.

The new team, which joins Cushman & Wakefield on 29 June, will be headed by Thomas Eagleton who joins the business as a partner from BNP Paribas Real Estate.

Eagleton succeeds Jon Crawford in leading Cushman & Wakefield’s Birmingham team with Crawford remaining as a senior figure in the expanded team focusing on business development and client work.

Matt Greenaway, who has more than 18 years’ valuation and advisory experience, is also joining the firm as a partner from BNP Paribas Real Estate where he was a director. The other new team members are Angus Hardy, senior surveyor, Roisin Monaghan, surveyor, and graduate surveyors Harry Crompton and Jack Leyden.

Tom Nuttall, head of UK valuation and advisory at Cushman & Wakefield, said: “Birmingham is a massive market for us, and we identified an opportunity for strategic expansion to support our clients locally and nationally. Adding this high-performing team in Birmingham to our UK valuation and advisory platform is fantastic news for our clients across all sectors.”

Eagleton added: “We are all excited to join Cushman & Wakefield where the valuation and advisory team combines scale with innovation to service an enviable roster of clients.”
