Savills has strengthened its property management division with the appointment of Marcus Hutchings as a director.

Hutchings joins Savills from CBRE, where he spent more than 12 years and most recently held the position of senior director.

He specialises in the oversight and transformation of complex property management mandates across institutional portfolios and mixed-use estates.

His experience in driving operational excellence will be invaluable as we continue to evolve our service offering and build on the progress we have made across our retail and business space platforms over the past 12 months. The appointment reflects our ongoing commitment to investing in the very best talent, and ensuring we have the depth of expertise required to support our clients and the continued growth of the business.”

Hutchings added: “Savills has built an outstanding reputation in property management and I am excited to join the team at such a positive point in its growth. The business has a clear vision, exceptional people and a strong client focus, and I look forward to contributing to its continued success.”
