Hillwood has let the 80,747 sq ft Q80 Quattro Raunds warehouse in Northamptonshire to international furniture retailer Nick Scali.
The unit is part of the wider Quattro scheme, which comprises four ‘mid-box’ units ranging from 10,867 sq ft to 117,552 sq ft. The units were built on a speculative basis and completed in March 2026.
Three EPC A and BREEAM Excellent-rated units remain available to let at the scheme, which is strategically located next to the A45, providing strong transport links to Northamptonshire and the Midlands as well as the East of England via the A14.
Bidwells and M1 Agency are retained joint letting agents at the development. CBRE acted on the Q80 letting.
