Apache Capital has appointed Emily Brooke from Savills as asset manager.
At Savills, Brooke was an associate director and senior portfolio manager leading end-to-end operations across a portfolio of four build-to-rent (BTR) developments comprising 1,772 units.
Prior to Savills, she spent almost two years as general manager at New Acres Wandsworth, Legal & General’s flagship BTR development in London, and held general manager roles at Box Makers Yard and Spring Wharf.
In her new role, Brooke will take on responsibilities across Apache’s BTR portfolio as the business prepares for the imminent launch of Makers Place, Apache’s second scheme in Birmingham following The Mercian.
