Pan-European logistics developer operator VGP has secured its first UK letting with miniature war games company Games Workshop.
The maker of Warhammer, has agreed to pre-let the 250,000 sq ft Unit 3 at the 835,000 sq ft VGP Park East Midlands in Leicestershire.
The park will feature four units ranging in size from 95,000 sq ft to 342,000 sq ft with phase one of the park due to complete in December this year.
Phase one comprises Unit 3 and the 141,000 sq ft Unit 4. Both buildings include integrated office space and are being constructed to achieve BREEAM Outstanding.
A spokesperson for Games Workshop said: “We’re delighted to be taking over 250,000 sq ft of space at Unit 3 of this exciting new development.”
