Bidwells has strengthened its research team with the appointment of Scott Cabot from CBRE as head of residential research.
Cabot spent 12 years at CBRE in the firm’s UK research team, most recently serving as head of residential research. Prior to that, he worked for London property developer Aitch Group after starting his career at Standard Chartered Bank and W1M.
In his new role, Cabot will work alongside research director Sue Foxley and the wider research team, providing strategic insight and market intelligence across the UK residential sector.
