Habiko, the affordable homes partnership between Pension Insurance Corporation (PIC), Muse and Homes England, has secured planning consent from Solihull Council for Phase 2 of Holbeche Place in Solihull town centre.
The second phase of the development will deliver 228 low carbon, low energy, affordable homes in the heart of Solihull. Habiko will deliver a mix of one- and two-bedroom homes for rent, with rents set at 20% below the local market rent.
The wider Holbeche Place masterplan will create around 1,600 new homes alongside independent shops, cafes, restaurants and public spaces.
