Nuveen has fully let Building 7 at Devonshire Square (DSQ) in the City of London after completing leasing deals with investment firm Two Sigma and the Professional Footballers’ Association (PFA).
The PFA is relocating from its current Bank office to 8,592 sq ft across one floor of DSQ7 and Two Sigma is expanding its presence at DSQ7, after relocating its London office from Moorgate in 2025. Having initially taken 10,018 sq ft, the firm has signed to take an additional 9,932 sq ft.
Meanwhile, on the ground floor of DSQ Building 10, The Salad Kitchen has signed for a 1,415 sq ft unit.

Patrick Coyle, chief operating officer at the PFA, added: “This is a significant milestone for the PFA as we continue to modernise our operations and enhance the support we provide to members. This space will serve as our new London base and has been designed with collaboration at its core. We’re now better equipped to welcome and support our members, deliver our education programmes, and embrace modern working practices for our nationwide staff.”
Mark Evason, head of operations at The Salad Kitchen, said: “Devonshire Square was a natural choice for our next chapter. The diverse mix of office occupiers across the estate, complimented by the public realm surrounding our new location and the continuous footfall associated with a well-managed City location, gave us the confidence that this was the right place to expand.”
CBRE and Newmark were the leasing agents for the DSQ7 deals. Hanover Green and BC Retail advised on the Salad Kitchen letting.
