Great Portland Estates (GPE) has completed four new managed workspace deals at its 16 Dufour’s Place scheme in the heart of Soho, taking the refurbished building to 71% let.

The 9,312 sq ft of lettings will generate £2.38m of annual rent at £256/sq ft – 1.1% ahead of March 2026 ERV. Following completion of the deals, there are now just two office floors available at 16 Dufour’s Place.

GPE has transformed the building’s ground floor amenity space with the upgraded communal areas including a larger 20-person boardroom, breakout areas, a lounge and self-serve coffee bar and improved outdoor space.

David Korman, head of flex leasing at GPE, said: “The pace of leasing at Dufour’s Place demonstrates the strength of demand for our Fully Managed offer in prime locations. Customers are looking for high quality workspace, excellent amenities and flexible terms, and 16 Dufour’s Place is delivering exactly that.”
