OpenAI has agreed a deal with IPUT Real Estate to lease 88,000 sq ft at the Tropical Fruit Warehouse in Dublin’s Docklands for its new EU HQ.
The company currently employs more than 100 people in Ireland and over the next two years it intends to add 250 new roles across go to market/sales, engineering, user operations, human resources, finance, privacy, legal, corpsec and workplace. OpenAI will relocate to to the Tropical Fruit Warehouse later this year.

In a short time, OpenAI has built a talented team which anchored the company here and I am confident today’s commitment and investment will only further OpenAI’s success story in the years to come.”
