Northwood Urban Logistics and Chancerygate have secured a hat-trick of new industrial and logistics lettings totalling more than 35,000 sq ft at Bridgewater Point in the heart of Trafford Park in Manchester.
Italian food and drink wholesaler Mammafiore has taken 17,553 sq ft across Units 5, 6 and 7, international packaging firm Multivac has leased the 12,576 sq ft Unit 16 and Hub Express, part of HiQ Tyres & Autocare, has signed for the 5,394 sq ft Unit 3. Following completion of the lettings, the development is now 72% let.
