Logicor has agreed a deal to sell a pan-European logistics portfolio to EQT for €532m.
The circa 457,000 sq m portfolio is located in the UK, Germany and France. The transfer of the UK assets to EQT is now complete and the transfer of the remaining assets, which are subject to closing conditions, is expected to complete in Q3 2026.
Ryan Pappas, chief investment officer at Logicor, said: “This transaction reflects the continued strength of the logistics sector and robust investor demand for high-quality assets across Europe. It also underscores the depth of our portfolio and our ability to crystallise value and recycle capital into the next phase of growth.
“We are particularly pleased to have agreed another transaction with EQT, a highly respected and professional partner, reflecting the continued appeal of best-in-class logistics assets and the strength of long-term relationships in our sector.”
DTRE advised Logicor on the UK portfolio, JLL advised on the German and French portfolio, and CBRE advised on the French portfolio. Apex acted for EQT.
