Savills has appointed Georgie Harding-Edgar as a director in its infrastructure team.

Harding-Edgar, who has more than 15 years’ experience advising on some of the UK’s most significant infrastructure and energy projects, joins from Vattenfall Wind Power, where she focused on onshore market development.

In her new role, she will advise clients on the planning and delivery of major infrastructure projects across the UK, helping to expand Savills’ expertise in this dynamic sector.

Harding-Edgar said: “I’m thrilled to be joining Savills at such an exciting time for major projects in the UK. Land assembly and consenting are often the biggest risk on Nationally Significant Infrastructure Projects and I look forward to bringing my experience to Savills’ clients as the pipeline of infrastructure projects continues to grow.”

Guy Russell, head of infrastructure at Savills, added: “We are delighted to welcome Georgie to the team. Her recognised profile and experience in the sector will further boost our capability to confidently deliver a growing portfolio of major projects across the UK.”
