The commercial element of the 1m sq ft The Broadway mixed-use development in Victoria, London, has been put up for sale.

The scheme, which is asset managed by Valouran, is located on a site once occupied by New Scotland Yard. Completed in 2022, the commercial estate comprises 116,000 sq ft of BREEAM Excellent-rated office space and 24,000 sq ft of retail and restaurant space across 14 commercial units.

Office tenants include Capital.com, Partners Capital and flexible workspace operator Elementa Workspace and the retail parade is occupied by a mix of retail brands including Gail’s, Farmer J, Sushi Dog, Coyo Taco and Nostos Coffee.

Alex Michelin, co-founder and CEO of Valouran, said: “This is a very unique office and retail estate providing investors with an excellent tenant mix and secure income with strong reversion. Since being appointed as asset managers in late 2025, we’ve transformed The Broadway into a genuine live-work destination, rather than just another commercial address. By combining high quality office space with a carefully curated retail offering as well as a vibrant public realm, we’ve created an environment that attracts leading occupiers.

“This has established The Broadway as a destination in its own right, with demand underpinned by the 258 residential units within the development bringing the estate to market now, with Eastdil Secured Savills, reflects our confidence in its long-term appeal for investors.”

Eastdil Secured Savills has been appointed to market the opportunity.
