Cameron Homes has secured planning consent for the second phase of its Sylvan development in the Nottinghamshire village of Ruddington.
‘The Croft’ development will comprise five executive villa-style residences, priced well in excess of £1m. Ranging in size from 2,390 sq ft to 3,522 sq ft, three of the houses will have four bedrooms – with multiple en-suites and luxury living and entertaining space – with the rest featuring five bedrooms.
The development has been designed by Pegasus architects to complement the adjacent £18m Sylvan development and the local vernacular.

The sought after village is also conveniently situated for Nottingham Forest’s training ground and stadium, so it’s a popular residential neighbourhood with players, coaches and management.
