Vistry has agreed a deal with housing association Amplius for the sale of a site at Great Haddon in Peterborough, which will house 100 affordable homes .
The homes will be owned and managed by Amplius across tenures including affordable rent, social rent, shared ownership and rent to buy. The scheme is part-funded by Homes England through its strategic partnership with Amplius.
The homes will form part of Phase 4 of the Great Haddon development and comprise 72 additionality homes and 28 Section 106 homes. Construction is due to commence in November this year with the first homes expected to be completed by mid-2027 and the final homes due to complete in January 2030.
