Cookware brand Le Creuset has signed for a new 1,418 sq ft store at London Designer Outlet (LDO) on a 10-year lease.

When it opens later this year, the store will stock Le Creuset’s extensive range of kitchenware, including its cast iron collections, stoneware and everyday kitchen essentials.

Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Brand-savvy and affluent young professionals drive a significant portion of LDO’s footfall and sales, so we are continuing to adapt our offering to reflect this audience. Le Creuset is a great signing for LDO and a perfect brand who will benefit significantly from the thousands of residents choosing to live in one of London’s best new neighbourhoods.

“Brands such as Le Creuset are queuing up to take space at LDO as more brands and customers rediscover the benefits of outlet retail. The arrival of more premium aspirational brands like Le Creuset is helping us to enhance the customer experience meaning they keep coming back for more.”

Paul Frost, retail director at Le Creuset, added: “We are delighted to be opening our first outlet in north west London and to be joining the stable of premium brands at LDO. We look forward to welcoming both loyal Le Creuset customers and those discovering the brand for the first time, helping them find colourful cookware to enjoy for years to come.”

The 265,000 sq ft LDO is managed by specialist outlet operator Multi-Realm.
