The Saltley Inn on Washwood Heath Road in Birmingham has been put up for sale.

The inn features 22 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a 300 capacity function suite and a 150 capacity bar and entertainment area.

It occupies a prominent roadside location on the A47 Washwood Heath Road, one of the principal arterial routes connecting Birmingham city centre and the eastern suburbs. The property is being sold with vacant possession as the vendor is selling to focus on other business interests.

James Mattin, managing director of Bond Wolfe, which has been appointed to market the opportunity, said: “We are delighted to be marketing The Saltley Inn. This substantial property provides an excellent opportunity for a buyer to come in and really drive the business forward. There are multiple income stream opportunities, and we expect strong interest from a wide range of potential buyers. It’s both an established hospitality venue and a well-known local pub and inn, suitable for owner-operators and investors alike.”
