LiveWest has partnered with Lovell Partnerships to redevelop a site in Devonport, Plymouth, into 33 new social rented homes.
The housing association has signed a contract with Lovell to redevelop the site, following planning approval and the successful relocation of all residents from the existing scheme.
The development, which has secured significant funding support from Homes England and Plymouth City Council, will replace former homes at Healy Place with a mix of new affordable properties designed to meet modern housing standards.

We recognise that regeneration projects can be challenging and would like to thank all residents for their patience and cooperation throughout the process. With all residents now successfully rehoused, we are delighted to be moving into the construction phase. Working alongside Lovell, we will create high quality, affordable homes that meet modern standards and support our long-term commitment to Plymouth.”
