CBRE has appointed Mark Smith as executive director within the firm’s European retail occupier team.
Smith, who has more than 16 years’ experience in senior leadership roles, joins CBRE from JLL. In his new role, he will work with Tom Dancer, CBRE’s head of retail occupier for Europe, to support global brands with their pan-European expansion plans.
Dancer said: “Mark’s experience advising global brands on cross-border strategies, combined with his strong relationships across the retail sector, will be instrumental in delivering our pan-European growth ambitions and strengthening our ability to support clients across Europe.”
