Tritax Big Box Developments (TBBD) has submitted a planning application for the circa 1.79m sq ft Phase 4 at Symmetry Park Biggleswade.
The development will comprise four new B8 logistics units and TBBD has secured an occupier-led agreement for a circa 1.41m sq ft building. The remaining three units will provide an additional 375,700 sq ft of Grade A logistics space.
TBBD is targeting BREEAM Very Good ratings for the units, which will feature PV rooftop panels and EV charging facilities.
The submission of the planning application follows the recent practical completion of Phase 3, which delivered 830,000 sq ft of Grade A warehouse space across five units, let to occupiers including Warburtons and Bond International.
