Cadogan has competed a series of new retail signings across Sloane Street, Sloane Square and the King’s Road, including several first-to-UK store debuts.

At 150 Sloane Street, New York-based global womenswear brand Ulla Johnson is opening its first international flagship store and London-founded brand DeMellier is opening its first-ever physical store at 34–37 Sloane Square, next to the recently opened Italian restaurant Martino’s and a new menswear store from Ralph Lauren.

On the King’s Road, French womenswear brand Maison 123 is opening its first-ever UK physical store. The company will be joined by Spanish womenswear label BYAN and Italian shoe brand BallereTTe, which are both opening their first UK stores on the King’s Road. London-founded jewellery brand Otiumberg is also opening its first boutique at 178 King’s Road, expanding its footprint from an existing showroom in Holland Park.

French label, Sézane is also opening a 3,319 sq ft store at 145 King’s Road and Art Play opened its extended studio this month.

James Stoll, director of asset management at Cadogan, said: “London remains one of the world’s most important retail destinations, and brands increasingly seek locations that offer more than just footfall. Chelsea’s distinctive character combines international appeal with a strong local community, providing an opportunity to be part of a local destination with global reach.

“Following several exciting hospitality openings, including Martino’s and Brasserie Olivia on Sloane Square, it is the combination of exceptional retail, hospitality and culture that makes the area such a compelling proposition, giving brands a platform to thrive and visitors a reason to keep coming back.”
