CBRE has strengthened its debt and structured finance team with the appointment of Andrew McClements and Duncan Parvin as executive directors.

McClements will join CBRE’s European debt and structured finance team from Eastdil Secured where he spent more than four years as senior vice-president. Prior to that, he was vice-president at Deutsche Bank.

Chris Gow, head of debt and structured finance for Europe at CBRE, said: “We have continued to build our debt and structured finance team across Europe, and these appointments mark another important milestone. Andrew and Duncan’s experience and market knowledge will further enhance the expertise we are able to offer our clients.”

Rishi Bhuchar, MBE, divisional president, advisory services, CEO, UK and Ireland, CBRE, added: “Attracting and developing the industry’s best talent remains a strategic priority and we will continue to invest in people who support our ambition for growth. We are committed to continuing to strengthen our capabilities to help our clients make informed decisions in an increasingly competitive market.”
