Work has commenced on the interior fit-out of Wapping Wharf’s office building CARGO Work following the completion of the main ‘shell and core’ building structure. The work is being undertaken by Bath-based workspace design and build experts Interaction and is set be finished by Christmas, after which the office floors will be completed. The scheme, which offers 20,270 sq ft of Grade A office space, is housed within the stone walls of the former J S Fry warehouse, which has been fully restored and exposed following the removal of the roadside walls that previously ran along Wapping Road. Letting agents Carter Jonas and Lambourn Commercial are in advanced discussion with a number of companies wishing to take space in CARGO Work.
