Lifestyle brand Kate Spade has signed a five-year lease on a 1,341 sq ft unit at London Designer Outlet (LDO).

At LDO, Kate Spade will be located alongside other globally recognised brands such as Boss, Calvin Klein, Tommy Hilfiger, Guess and Kurt Geiger.

Managed by Multi-Realm, LDO offers 265,000 sq ft of retail and leisure space and comprises 70 outlet stores, restaurants and coffee shops.

Matt Slade, retail director at Quintain, said: “Aspirational lifestyle brands such as Kate Spade perform extremely well at LDO thanks to our proximity to one of London’s fastest growing communities of young professionals, thriving families and international students. This combined with the year-round high footfall of domestic and international tourists who visit Wembley for world class cultural, sporting, and musical events mean our brands are the best performing in their categories and regions.

“This is why we are seeing huge interest from international brands such as Kate Spade and Le Creuset eager to occupy space at LDO, and we look forward to announcing more exciting arrivals in the weeks to come.”
