Three businesses have signed for new office space totalling 5,969 sq ft at Newcastle’s Generator Studios.
The latest lettings include immersive events specialists Tiny Dragon Productions, which has taken 2,619 sq ft, biotechnology company InvenireX, which has signed for the 1,012 sq ft Suite 2.7 and fintech firm OTCX, which has taken 2,338 sq ft in Suite 3.10.
Generator Studios is a Grade II listed building located between Manors and the Quayside in Newcastle city centre. The development features a range of on-site amenities, including breakout spaces, a gym, showers, meeting rooms and super fast broadband. There are now just three suites available to let across the ground and first floors, totalling 3,196 sq ft.
Lucy Mouter, commercial agency surveyor at Bradley Hall, which acted for the landlord on the lettings, said: “Generator Studios continues to be a really attractive option for businesses looking for something a little different from a traditional office environment. We have seen strong demand for the space over the last few months, and it has been great to welcome Tiny Dragon Productions, InvenireX and OTCX to the building.
“The combination of the building’s character, flexible office accommodation and location close to the city centre and Quayside makes Generator Studios particularly appealing to a wide range of occupiers. We still have three suites available, so I would encourage any businesses looking for office space in Newcastle to get in touch and see what is available.”
