Global Holdings Management Group has completed three new lettings totalling 23,292 sq ft at Twenty Two Upper Ground on London’s South Bank, taking the building to fully let.

The British Film Institute (BFI) is relocating its head office to the building after signing a 10-year lease on 7,741 sq ft on the first floor. Managed workspace provider Frameworks has taken 7,797 sq ft on the third floor on a five-year lease and security provider Verisure has agreed a 10-year lease to occupy 7,754 sq ft on the fourth floor for its new London headquarters.

Twenty Two Upper Ground, which is part of the Sea Containers development, provides 62,258 sq ft of office space spread across eight floors.

Josh Lawrence, chief executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “The lettings to BFI, Frameworks, and Verisure mark a major milestone for Twenty Two Upper Ground as we reach full occupancy. Over the past couple of years, we have worked closely with our asset and development management teams to create a dynamic hub for businesses on London’s South Bank and this has been proven by the calibre of occupiers who are now located across Sea Containers.

“These high quality workspaces have been designed with employees in mind, and with strong transport connections and an abundance of amenities on their doorstep, we have created an environment for businesses to thrive and attract the best talent.”

Bluebook and USP are the joint leasing agents for Twenty Two Upper Ground. Complete Office Search acted for BFI, Making Moves for Frameworks and Colliers for Verisure.
