Topland has selected VTS Rise as its ‘tenant experience solution’ for the 138,000 sq ft Whitefriars office building in Bristol
The software will promote in-house and nearby services to more than 1,200 tenants in the building and also help to coordinate the building’s common meeting and conference rooms booking system, on-site gym and café and help facilitate on-site serviced office accommodation.

By launching VTS Rise in Whitefriars, our tenants will get greater access to the many facilities the building has to offer, as well as greater connectivity to their tenant community. Working with VTS Rise is another example of Topland’s intensive management approach and ensures our assets outperform the local competition.”
