Conygar has released striking new images for the next phase of its The Island Quarter development in Nottingham.
The plans include 245,000 sq ft of high quality flexible research and lab space across two buildings connected by a glazed link at upper levels. Designed by CPMG Architects, proposals for the new bioscience facility were submitted to Nottingham City Council in December last year.
