Nordic Semiconductor has signed for 7,800 sq ft on the ninth floor of AXA IM Alts’ Assembly Bristol mixed-use regeneration scheme.
The Norwegian firm joins BT, which has let 201,000 sq ft in Building A, and Clarke Willmott, which has taken the top two floors of Building C, at the Bristol city centre site.
Bell Hammer is the development partner on the Assembly Bristol scheme, which comprises three office buildings overlooking the Floating Harbour.

Hannah Waterhouse, director of office agency at JLL, joint agents on the scheme with Savills, said: “As this landmark scheme begins to make its mark on the city, we are continuing to see interest from firms based locally and those relocating to Bristol.”
