Regal London is progressing with the speculative development of The Clarendon Works, a 173,000 sq ft office development in Watford.
The Fraser Brown MacKenna-designed building will offer floorplates of circa 2,450 sq ft to circa 15,300 sq ft. The Clarendon Works will be 100% electric and Regal London is targeting BREEAM Excellent, EPC A, WELL Platinum and has already achieved Active Score Platinum. The building is also looking to achieve a WiredScore Platinum rating.
The Clarendon Works will feature circa 13,750 sq ft of amenity space, offering a cafe, gym, yoga studio, rooftop terrace and bar.
The developer gained planning permission to add two more floors to the scheme in September 2022 and is now pressing ahead with the development, targeting a completion date of Q1 2024.
