ABF signs for 31,000 sq ft at The Fitzrovia

M&G Real Estate and Nomura Real Estate Development have pre-let 31,000 sq ft to Associated British Foods (ABF) at The Fitzrovia mixed-use scheme on Tottenham Court Road in London.

Developer CO-RE is currently delivering the 86,000 sq ft building, which is scheduled to complete in early 2025.

ABF is taking four floors of workspace at the all-electric scheme, which incorporates solar panels and a landscaped 2,000 sq ft roof terrace. The Fitzrovia is targeting a a NABERS Design for Performance Rating of 5 stars, BREEAM Outstanding and an EPC A rating.

Designed by Stiff + Trevillion, when it is fully built out the six-storey scheme will provide 65,000 sq ft of Grade A office space, 11,000 sq ft of prime retail space and eight premium residential units accessed via a private entrance on Morwell Street.
