Accountancy firm signs for new South Bank office

Global Holdings Management Group has let 7,776 sq ft of office space to global accounting and business advisory firm CFGI at Twenty Two Upper Ground on London’s South Bank. 

The company has signed a five-year lease on the space at the 62,258 sq ft building, which is part of the Sea Containers development and boasts onsite amenities including a gym, restaurants and bars.

Josh Lawrence, chief executive of Global Holdings Management Group UK, said: “We are pleased that CFGI have signed a lease agreement for a space at Twenty Two Upper Ground. This landmark development delivers premium office space in a highly connected, sought-after location.

Bluebook and USP are the leasing agents for Twenty Two Upper Ground.
