Oxfordshire County Council has appointed Savills to market the freehold of the one-acre Country Hall site in Oxford city centre.
The site comprises Oxford County Hall and the Old County Hall buildings, which between them offer 96,000 sq ft.
The site is located on a central pitch between the Westgate Shopping Centre and Oxford Castle and prison.
