Landsec’s MYO King’s Cross site is now 60% let or under offer with leasing activity driven by international AI and technology-led businesses scaling their operations or establishing European HQs.

Less than six months after launching, leasing activity at the building is ahead of schedule and Landsec now expects the flexible workspace centre will be circa 90% let by the summer.

More than 10 companies from across the technology sector have taken space, including Perplexity AI, the AI-powered answer engine, and PlanHat, the next-generation CRM platform.

Oliver Knight, head of workplace at Landsec, said: “The strong uptake at MYO King’s Cross underlines the continued demand from AI and technology-led businesses for premium workspace that blends flexibility with excellent amenities and connectivity. With our portfolio of best-in-class workspaces across London, supported by our deep understanding of tech occupiers and a strong track record of long-term partnerships, we look forward to collaborating closely with these businesses as they continue to grow.”
